About this job: As a Brand & Media Practice Area Team Member, you'll contribute to NielsenIQ's Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) business and Media Effectiveness (MMM) area. Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you'll deliver exceptional client outcomes, achieve revenue goals, and build awareness of solutions. You'll act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Brand and Media practice area achieves its goals. You'll work closely with the regional leader and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Revenue Growth
- Enhancing Client Engagement
- Supporting Product Positioning
- Building Internal Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
To measure success: Revenue Achievement, Client Engagement, Efficiency, Knowledge Sharing, Awareness Building.
About You: The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, builds meaningful client relationships, has a strategic mindset, and operational rigor. You balance short-term goals with long-term growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles in MMM programs (5-7 years).
- Strong knowledge of brand and media evaluation and effectiveness, with expertise in applying solutions to real-world challenges.
- In-depth experience leading large-scale MMM studies with a clear understanding of brand growth.
- Business development skills, understanding and translating client needs.
- Thought leadership and content creation experience, including presenting at events or webinars.
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools; proposal development experience.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
- Fluent French speaker is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
