About the role:
Become part of a purpose-driven team implementing a holistic sustainability strategy at Redcare. Support high-impact projects, including the development of our Climate Transition Plan with a strong focus on Scope 3 emissions.
About your tasks:
- Contribute to the implementation of our Climate Transition Plan, particularly regarding Scope 3 emissions reduction.
- Support internal and external communications, including alignment with CSRD reporting standards.
- Get involved in wider sustainability programs such as fair treatment in the value chain and circular economy projects.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the Sustainable Development team, including organizing and participating in workshops and events.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to help drive internal awareness and alignment with sustainability goals.
About you:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a focus or strong connection to sustainability.
- Highly motivated about the intersection of business and sustainability.
- Talent for clear communication, even when it comes to complex sustainability topics.
- Eager to learn and dive deeper into areas like Scope 3 emissions and stakeholder engagement.
