Full-Time YouTube Content Creator

We're seeking a creative and organized YouTube Producer/Content Creator to help shape and execute content that builds trust, drives leads, and grows personal brands.

What You'll Do:

• Develop a content strategy and roadmap for the client's YouTube channel (English-speaking market).
• Write detailed briefs and anchor scripts for long-form videos (8-15 minutes).
• Coordinate with editors, thumbnail designers, and the SEO team.
• Analyze performance and adjust content plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the client in English.

Deliverables:

• 4 long-form videos per month (8-15 minutes).
• 4-8 short-form videos (optional, if you're comfortable working across formats).
• Collaborate with our editor, strategist, and client manager.

What We Expect:

• Some experience with YouTube production (small channels or personal projects are fine).
• A strong understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
• Proactive, consistent, and deadline-driven.
