Full-Time Zabbix Expert

Mission: You will manage Zabbix, Canopsis and Grafana monitoring solutions, drive product evolution, and maintain standard templates for use across multiple countries. You will be part of the Global Tooling team, participating in various projects and collaborating closely with teams related to contracts governance and delivery to refine standards.

2. Lead or implement Zabbix implementations.
3. Create and maintain standard Zabbix templates.
4. Develop new Zabbix templates based on business requirements.
5. Maintain the Zabbix Server solution and proxies.
6. Master Canopsis Hypervision solution and contribute to its evolution.
7. Set up and maintain Grafana dashboards.
8. Participate in on-call rotations.
9. Automate solutions through Ansible Playbook development.
10. Stay current with technological advancements.
11. Collaborate to solve problems and enhance processes.
12. Ensure security tools function in compliance.
13. Provide level 3 technical support by resolving complex issues.
14. Track tool updates and evolutions.
15. Develop or maintain Ansible Playbooks delivering services (Automated Service Catalog).

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Zabbix Certified Specialist certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years Zabbix experience.
• Grafana knowledge.
• Previous middleware or infrastructure experience.
• Solid experience with Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes.
• Ansible Playbook development experience is beneficial.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Motivation to learn new solutions.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• On-call duty is required.
