Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with current customers while managing their ongoing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to uncover new needs and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customers’ business objectives and challenges to tailor solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical support teams.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely and effective solutions for customers.
- Provide consultative guidance to customers.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on account performance (revenue, customer satisfaction, challenges).
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Address issues and concerns promptly.
What you bring to the table
- 1+ years of proven experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role (ideally SaaS).
- Strong track record of achieving revenue growth and customer expansion goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage moderately complex technical issues and collaborate with technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and other relevant tech stack.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $95,000 - $105,000 USD
- On-target earnings (OTE): $133,000 - $142,000 USD

Location Fully distributed remote company with concentrated hubs in Austin, TX, Tampa, FL, and Boulder, CO. Collaboration spaces available. We don't hire in California or New York metro
