Exciting opportunity to lead A Place for Mom's growing inside sales channel.
Team Structure: ~15 Regional Managers, 3 Regional Vice Presidents, and 150 Senior Living Advisors (SLAs) report to this role.
SLA Responsibilities: Proactive outbound phone, text, and email communications. Advising families on senior care options and matching them with appropriate senior living communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to meet targets.
- Manage and lead team to achieve daily sales metrics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, fully accountable for achieving sales goals.
- Develop, distribute, and present performance reports to leadership.
- Implement sales process improvements via analytics and operational understanding.
- Oversee sales compensation, incentives, and targets.
- Lead and support Regional Manager and Regional Vice President teams.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
- Oversee all hiring, promotions, compensation, and terminations.
- Collaborate with Product & Tech teams for new sales technology.
- Serve as expert on sales process and techniques.
- Foster teamwork within the department.
- Occasional overnight travel required for meetings and visits to community customers.
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree.
- 5+ years experience in managing a sales force.
- Proven leadership and ability to motivate and drive sales.
- Highly analytical, problem-solving, performance management, and collaboration skills.
- Project management skills and high-energy leadership.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop clear action plans and manage processes with interdependencies.
Compensation: $175,000-$225,000 base salary range. On target earnings: $245,000-$315,000
