Full-Time Inbound Sales Specialist

As an Inbound Phone Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in educating potential members about our premier pet insurance policies and enrolling their beloved pets in comprehensive coverage.

What you will do:

• Answering inbound warm leads from potential customers.
• Utilizing a consultative style to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Presenting the value of pet insurance policies.
• Setting the agenda during calls to guide the conversation.
• Providing detailed information about policies and coverage options.
• Answering questions and overcoming objections.
• Utilizing assumptive closing techniques.
• Accurately enrolling pets in policies.
• Collaborating with the sales team.

What you have:

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.

Compensation:

$20 - $20.76/hour on a full-time schedule.
