We’re looking for a passionate Account Manager who loves working with people, building strong customer relationships, and helping organizations succeed with OpenProject.
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers get the most out of our software.
- Conduct demo appointments
- Guide customers through onboarding and training
- Identify their needs
- Ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
Be the trusted advisor: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and help them implement best practices with OpenProject.
Showcase the value: Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to customer needs.
Enable customer success: Support users during onboarding and training, and offer proactive advice on how to get the most out of OpenProject.
Identify opportunities: Track key account metrics and identify potential upsell opportunities.
Be the voice of our users: Gather customer feedback and share insights with our product, marketing, and sales teams.
Help us grow the open-source Community: Identify common use cases and document them.
Lead engaging training sessions (online and on-site) in German and English.
Fluent in German (native level) and English (professional level). Additional languages are a plus.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in a SaaS or tech environment.
Passionate about open-source software and working in a mission-driven company.
Tech-savvy and excited to dive into the world of project management software.
Experience working with CRM systems and data sheets.
Remote-first team with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
