Full-Time Accountant

Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Conduct monthly and annual closings.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

Prepare monthly financial reports required by the group.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all monthly tax returns and other regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations.

Maintain and update financial policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an accountant
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulation and best practices
• Proficiency in accounting software Sage and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
