Full-Time Sr. Technical Accounting Manager

We're seeking a Senior Technical Accounting Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing DNAnexus' accounting function. Reporting to the VP, Finance & Accounting, you'll drive technical accounting excellence and build the infrastructure for continued growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead technical accounting research and establish policies compliant with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee internal and external reporting processes and support annual audits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes for accurate accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical accounting research and application across key areas including ASC 606.
• Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures for annual audits.
• Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in providing technical accounting guidance.
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors.

About You:

• 10+ years of progressive audit and accounting experience.
• Big 4 public accounting and SaaS/technology industry experience preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• Deep technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong business judgment and collaborative skills.
