Full-Time Tax and Finance Assistant

• Assisting with VAT and international tax submissions.
• Supporting Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Working with tax authorities on audits.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders globally.
• Liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Monitoring tax legislation changes.
• Covering for the International Tax Manager as needed.
• Applying Group finance accounting policies.
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial close.
• Balance Sheet management and reconciliation.
• Assisting with Intercompany transactions.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of accounting and tax principles.
• Experience in general ledger and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite and ERP Systems.
• Working towards a professional accounting or tax qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proactive and accountable.
