Full-Time Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance Team.

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of accounts receivable.
• Provides technical accounting and analytical support.
• Ensures compliance with internal control requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments accurately.
• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor customer account balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCAs) of errors.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve billing inquiries.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig under a hybrid work setup (50% onsite, 50% remote).
