Full-Time Accountant

As an Accountant, you'll manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business efficiency. Excel in bookkeeping, Xero, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing, bank statements, and payments.
• Handle financial reporting, VAT workflows, and cooperation with auditors and suppliers.
• Maintain financial and employee records.
• Assist with document management and government liaison.
• Participate in license renewals and compliance.
• Administer payroll, leaves, and employee schedules.
• Arrange travel and accommodation.
• Oversee corporate policy enforcement.
• Communicate with internal teams, legal advisors, and external partners.
• Support debt collection and maintain digital archives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Xero and Xero add-ons.
• Strong administration, time management, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Impeccable written and personal communication skills.
• Interest in technology and innovation.
• Understanding of IFRS Standards.
• Languages: English, Russian.
