Full-Time Accountant

Accountant required to join a dynamic finance team.

Manage financial transactions, monthly/quarterly/annual closings. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, preparing reports.
• Reconcile accounts payable/receivable, ensuring accurate recording.
• Ensure timely bank payments, managing cash flow.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, providing insights.
• Reconcile warehouse transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with trust manager for treasury operations & cash management.
• Collaborate with operations team, supporting capital repayments.
• Assist in financial planning and analysis for efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits, providing documentation.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring integrity and confidentiality.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with departments for overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an accountant.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB Advanced) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
