We have over 400 employees in the US and Europe, and are rapidly expanding our Accounting team to work with our clients. We are seeking individuals motivated to develop their finance careers in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Our position is entirely remote, and we have extensive experience in training and onboarding new team members online. We welcome applications from anywhere in Albania.
Job description:
- Verify accounting documents and transfer them to the outsourcing company
- Control company documentation flow
- Prepare monthly bank and payroll reconciliations
- Assist with monthly and quarterly closure (review invoices, balance sheet reconciliations, accrual calculations, etc.)
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong knowledge of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience with MS Office products
- Availability to partially work US working hours (local afternoon hours)
