Full-Time Accountant Business Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance: Prepare and review personal, corporate, and partnership tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Client Management: Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor, managing client relationships effectively.
• Tax Advisory: Research and address complex tax compliance matters to provide expert guidance.
• Financial Analysis: Review financial statements to offer strategic insights.
• Financial Planning: Develop and review tax projections.
• Collaboration: Work with payroll, financial services, and IT teams.
• Presentations: Lead internal and external presentations.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate engagement activities.
• Time Management: Ensure timely and efficient management of deadlines.

Experience & Qualifications:

• CPA or EA certification required.
• 4–6 years of proven expertise in tax preparation, compliance, and advisory services.
• Proficient in software programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, Qount, tax-related tools).
• Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and dependability.

Compensation: Starting at $75k/year, with commission.
