Accounting Manager
Oklo is building a world-class accounting and finance organization. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in running the books and close processes for the company and ensure compliance. This role will be responsible for ownership and execution of GAAP accounting and bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Own the month-end close process.
- Review and approval of journal entries.
- Consolidate Oklo subsidiary Atomic Alchemy.
- Maintain the close calendar and hold regular close meetings.
- Provide accounting support for new accounting issues.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies.
- Train staff on accounting close best practices.
- Liaise with external auditors.
- Work closely with various departments.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Active CPA
- 5-7 years of accounting experience
- Strong project management experience
- Familiarity with NetSuite
