Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

Looking for an experienced-level accounting position? GRF CPAs & Advisors is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Location: In office, hybrid, or remote available.

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Manage the full A/P cycle for multiple clients, including invoice entry, coding, approval routing, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to client policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review invoices to ensure compliance and prevent errors or fraud.
• Monitor and stay updated on accounting software and tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve A/P workflows.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable processing, preferably in a multi-client or outsourced accounting environment.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Well-versed in relevant computer accounting programs (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
