Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist needed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure purchases are supported by purchase orders and goods receipt before invoice processing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Warehouses to resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.
• Accurately and timely record supplier invoices.
• Analyze and reconcile supplier statements and follow up on issues.
• Accrue expenses for unprocessed invoices at month-end.
• Ensure staff claims and credit cards are supported by receipts and approvals (Global Authorization Matrix).
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules for Accounts Payable.
• Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of documents for audits.
• Assist with confirmations from third-party suppliers.
• Support auditors with queries.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
• Knowledge of local Philippines regulations and tax.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• SAP ERP knowledge is a plus.
