Accounts Payable Technician position available at Canadian Helicopters, located in Les Cèdres, near Vaudreuil-Dorion.
Reporting to the Chief Accountant, this role involves working with the accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Review invoices before accounts payable entry.
- Process payment requests (checks, transfers, wires).
- Match invoices to checks, obtain signatures, and distribute checks.
- Ensure all payables are authorized.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Prepare month-end accruals.
- Verify and approve vendor payment instructions.
- Assist team members during absences.
- Reconcile credit card payments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum CEGEP DEC in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years' experience preferred.
- Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written).
- Proficient in Excel (advanced features), AS400 knowledge is a plus.

Schedule:
