We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day financial transactions.
This role is responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments
- Ensuring timely billing and collections
- Processing invoices
- Reconciling accounts
Ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Salary Range: $42,000 - $48,000 based on experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST
