CyberArk is seeking an AI Acceleration Manager to join the AI Strategy and Acceleration team.
This role focuses on executing and enabling AI, automation, and data transformation initiatives across CyberArk globally, accelerating adoption at scale.
The ideal candidate will possess an innovative mindset, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to enable others in using these technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Support AI, automation, and data transformation initiatives, aligning with business goals.
- Collaborate with teams to accelerate AI adoption.
- Assist with adopting AI technologies, identifying functional capabilities and use cases.
- Ensure AI adoption across teams, providing support, tracking progress, and identifying areas of improvement.
- Implement change management strategies for AI integration.
- Develop and execute company-wide communications and enablement efforts for AI adoption, including training resources (e.g., train-the-trainer programs, AI curricula).
- Create education resources for continuous learning and adaptation to new AI tools.
- Support the AI Innovators program, working with AI Champions.
- Develop and deliver executive presentations, providing key insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in AI automation.
- Experience with AI, automation, data, and applying them to improve business performance, employee experience, and customer experience.
- Experience in developing and executing enablement activities and materials.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape.
- Experience with change management frameworks and internal communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic program/project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to drive initiatives.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative and humble attitude.
