Full-Time AI Architect

The Platform & AI Customer Excellence (AI Center of Excellence) team is seeking an AI Architect to drive customer outcomes, roadmap, and value realization for GenAI technology. You will lead GenAI enablement programs and GenAI Impact accelerators.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and guidance on utilizing ServiceNow’s GenAI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deployment of GenAI solutions.
• Lead GenAI enablement programs for Customer Excellence organization.
• Develop and deliver GenAI Impact Accelerators.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and improve ServiceNow’s GenAI offerings.
• Contribute to thought leadership and documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Platform experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications desired.
• 8+ years in a technology advisory role with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong industry connections.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 50% annually
