Job Details
The Customer Excellence Group is seeking an AI Architect to partner with Platform and Product Business Unit Product Management and Engineering organizations to deliver an AI‑first implementation and adoption experience for ServiceNow’s customers.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical advice and guidance to early adopter customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, design, productize, and pilot AI-first capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in GenAI and Agents.
- Contribute to thought leadership and documentation.
- Design and validate product‑specific agents.
- Co‑drive pilots with early adopter customers.
- 5+ years of solution architecture experience across multiple AI platforms.
- Experience developing AI use cases from prototyping into Production.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications (nice to have).
- 5+ years of experience in a technology advisory or implementation role focused on AI, ML, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
