Full-Time AI Consulting VP

Blend is seeking an experienced VP to join our dynamic AI Strategy team. We support companies of all sizes, from mid-market to large corporations, in using General AI (GenAI). Our goal is to create bespoke AI solutions, from concept to implementation, to drive innovation and value creation.

Role Summary: As an AI Strategy Consultant, you will assist our clients with the intricacies of AI technology and applications. You will design, pilot, and implement AI strategies that align with client needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Development: Identify and capitalize on business value and opportunities by creating customized AI solutions and proof-of-concepts. Facilitate client AI integration and adoption.
2. Client Advisory: Be a trusted advisor to national and international clients on AI strategy and data science initiatives. Guide clients from strategic planning through AI project pilots.
3. Project Leadership: Manage and lead specific project workstreams, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.
4. Service Evolution: Help develop and refine service offerings. Support go-to-market strategies and business development for our Commercial AI team.
5. Team Collaboration: Join a team of AI experts shaping the future of AI offerings. Collaborate to foster a learning and innovation environment.

Experience: 15+ years in consulting (with a heavy focus on AI in recent years), strategy development, or a similar role. Experience implementing AI solutions in a business context is highly preferred.

Skills: Deep understanding of AI technologies and applications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork, project leadership, and strategic decision-making. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
