You're deeply curious about emerging technology, with a true mastery of AI trends and their creative applications in design, advertising, content, media and marketing. You move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on prototyping.

• Lead a small cross-functional team developing an AI-powered approach to creating leading work.
• Lead AI innovation across the broader Red Antler Group companies.
• Concept, prototype, and deliver AI-powered solutions across design, digital, and content experiences—from automations to creative augmentation.
• Lead internal workshops and innovation sprints, translating emerging AI capabilities into actionable, value-driving opportunities for clients and the agency.

• 2+ years working with AI tech in the creative and marketing industry
• Proven expertise in AI trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Experience defining strategic approaches, building and prototyping solutions, and delivering real-world AI applications.
• Strong technical acumen—skilled in connecting APIs, developing functional prototypes, and streamlining creative workflows to accelerate process and output.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between creative, strategy, and technical teams.
