Full-Time AI Full Stack Python Developer

As an AI Full Stack Python Developer, you will play a key role within our product teams, designing and developing generative AI solutions. You will be involved from the proof of concept phase to production, adopting Lean Startup and MVP methodologies to quickly validate high-impact use cases.

Your tasks include:

• Frontend Development
• Interface Design: Create performant and intuitive user interfaces using Django templates or integrating with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.) to ensure an optimal experience.
• Responsive Design: Implement ergonomic and responsive designs for all types of devices.
• Backend Development
• Python Applications: Develop and maintain robust APIs and services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Database Management: Design and optimize relational database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to ensure performance and scalability.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Integrate and manage cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and configure CI/CD environments to automate deployments.
• AI Integration
• AI Model Implementation: Use and integrate large language models (LLMs) (like those from OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.) and RAG solutions to enrich your applications.
• AI Workflow Orchestration: Design and deploy intelligent workflows using specialized frameworks (e.g., LangChain or LlamaIndex) while constantly monitoring sector innovations.
• Methodology & Collaboration
• Agility: Work in Agile/Lean Startup mode to rapidly prototype new ideas and adapt solutions based on customer feedback.
• Quality and Sharing: Participate in code reviews and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to collectively elevate our expertise.
• VULGARISATION: Simplify and present AI concepts to our clients and contribute to the technical integration of teams.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience with strong Python expertise, ideally with prior experience in AI or Data.

Technical Skills:

• Master of Python and associated frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and RAG approaches, as well as frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex

Soft Skills: Team spirit, pedagogy, autonomy, technological curiosity, and UX sensitivity.

Languages: Mastery of French and good knowledge of technical English.
