Full-Time AI Growth Lead

• Lead AI Opportunity Discovery: Partner closely with leaders and teams in non-engineering functions to deeply understand their workflows.
• Design & Prototype AI Solutions: Leverage your expertise in AI/LLMs and automation tools to rapidly design, build, and iterate on functional prototypes.
• Deploy Sustainable Solutions: Work with engineering and functional teams to ensure prototypes evolve into robust, production-grade AI solutions.
• Act as an Internal Consultant & Accelerator: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to functional teams on AI capabilities.
• Drive Adoption & Enablement: Work with functional teams to pilot new AI solutions, gather feedback, and iterate on prototypes.
• Collaborate with Core AI Teams: Partner closely with the central AI Platform and DevX teams to leverage existing infrastructure.
• Ensure Responsible AI: Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure all AI solutions adhere to Coinbase's strict security, privacy, and ethical AI guidelines.
• Measure & Communicate Impact: Work with BizOps and functional leads to define clear success metrics, track ROI, and effectively communicate the value delivered by AI initiatives.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and experiment with emerging AI models, tools, and industry best practices.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in a highly analytical, operational, or technical role, with at least 1+ years specifically focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.
• Deep AI & Automation Expertise: Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and common architectures.
• Exceptional Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements and AI opportunities.
• Consulting & Influence Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-Solving & Agility: Highly analytical and structured problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Collaboration & Risk Awareness: Experience working cross-functionally with legal, security, compliance, and engineering teams.
