We're seeking a technically skilled AI Implementation Engineer to build, customize, and integrate AI solutions across our sales technology stack.
This role sits within the Supply Organisation reporting to the Head of Sales Efficiency and AI Transformation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom AI solutions tailored to sales processes and requirements.
- Integrate third-party AI platforms with existing sales technology stack.
- Build data pipelines for sales information analysis and prediction.
- Create and optimize machine learning models for sales forecasting, lead scoring, and prospect qualification.
- Develop natural language processing tools for conversation analysis and email automation.
- Implement and customize generative AI solutions for content creation and personalization.
- Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve AI implementations.
- Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps for scalable and maintainable solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience with AI/ML projects.
- Low-code (Mendix or similar) and N8N programming skills.
- Experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Familiarity with natural language processing and generative AI frameworks.
- API integration, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment knowledge.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Python, JavaScript, and relevant AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) and sales technology integrations.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer journey optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with sales-specific AI platforms and their APIs.
- Background in data engineering or data science.
