Job Details
We're looking for an experienced and knowledgeable AI Mentor to play a pivotal role in supporting our learners through the L5 AI Leader Apprenticeship. This role is crucial in empowering professionals to identify, implement and champion AI technologies. As an AI Mentor, you will guide and support professionals through their apprenticeship journey, helping them to become confident and capable AI Leaders.
- Support and guide a caseload of apprentices.
- Support learners to develop and implement high quality portfolio projects.
- Prepare learners for their End Point Assessment.
- Work alongside key stakeholders.
- Extensive departmental management experience.
- Experience leading complex digital change/transformation projects.
- Knowledge and awareness of GenAI.
- Experience coaching junior/mid-level managers.
- Experience working with the executive board and leadership teams.
