How you will make a difference day to day
- Product Led Growth Strategy: Drive Product strategy and execution for Rocket Copilot. Deeply understand the needs of our customers through quantitative and qualitative research. Passionately represent the voice of the customer as you build product in line with our product vision. Lead the ideation, development, and launch of products for our customers.
- Data Driven Product Development: Define and analyze metrics to determine business impact. Prioritize features using data-driven analysis, business insights, and mature judgment. Develop and deliver a Roadmap for the Rocket Copilot product. Understand and report on the direct revenue implications of product decisions.
- Design and Engineering Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your cross-functional team of Design, User Experience, Engineering, QA, and Content to bring product experiments to market. Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment.
- AI product management and Optimization: While deep technical expertise isn't required, a strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI/ML is crucial. Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions. Ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define data pipeline requirements, understand data quality issues, and ensure data privacy and security. Analyse data to understand the issues with the product and devise data strategy to resolve the issues
What you’ll need
- 3-5 years of software Product Development experience, ideally developing and finding commercial success for consumer-facing products, technologies, and platforms.
- At least 1 year in AI/ ML product management.
