Full-Time AI Solution Manager

• Lead the end-to-end, hands-on delivery of AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions for financial applications.
• Design, build, and deploy agent workflows that solve real business problems, supported by scalable and secure AWS architectures.
• Partner directly with the business: understand needs, ask the right questions, and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Bring strong business acumen and communication skills to guide client conversations, set expectations, and propose high-value agent-based solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution, applying best practices in testing, monitoring, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve agentic systems by evaluating new tools and patterns.

• Studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on AWS experience, including real implementation of cloud architectures and services.
• Strong background in Generative AI and agentic system design, with practical experience building and deploying agent workflows.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of technical delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, understand needs, ask the right questions, and provide honest guidance on feasibility.

• Financial services industry experience, especially investment or banking systems.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements in finance.
