Full-Time AI Solutions Engineer

Collaborate with leadership to define and execute AI/ML strategy, aligning AI opportunities with company goals.

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that automate, enhance, and optimize advertising processes.

Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other generative models to improve product features like content generation, targeting, and user experience.

Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions, including designing and deploying AI agents to enhance system performance.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models seamlessly into the existing product ecosystem.

Develop scalable, production-ready AI models using Python or Go, focusing on performance and deployment.

Apply MLOps practices for deployment, version control, and performance monitoring of generative models and AI agents in production.

Stay updated on the latest trends in Generative AI and Agentic AI, bringing innovative ideas to drive AI-driven business growth.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers on AI/ML best practices.

5+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Proficiency in Python or Go, and deep learning architectures for generative models.

Experience developing products using Generative AI models for image generation, natural language generation, or synthetic data generation.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and Generative AI techniques.

Experience with fine-tuning and deploying LLMs at scale, including for specific use cases.

Experience in developing and deploying AI agents to improve system functionality and product features.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) for deploying and scaling generative models and AI agents.

Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and version control for managing AI models in production.

Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts clearly.

Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or related field (PhD preferred)
2. Background in software development
3. Knowledge of AdTech specifics and advertising domain
4. Familiarity with A/B testing, data pipelines, and AI-driven experimentation
5. Experience leading cross-functional AI projects focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI
