Blend is seeking an experienced Director to join our dynamic AI Strategy team, assisting companies from mid-market to large corporations in leveraging General AI (GenAI). Our mission: driving innovation and value creation through bespoke AI solutions, from conception to implementation.
Role Summary: As an AI Strategy Consultant, you'll guide clients through AI technology and business applications. Design, pilot, and implement AI strategies aligning with client needs.
- AI Solution Development: Identify business values, craft tailored AI solutions and proof-of-concepts, empower clients with seamless AI integration.
- Client Advisory: Advise national and international clients on AI strategy and data science initiatives, guiding them from planning to AI project implementation.
- Project Leadership: Manage and lead project workstreams to meet client expectations.
- Service Evolution: Contribute to service offerings, support go-to-market strategies and business development for the Commercial AI team.
- Team Collaboration: Join a team shaping the future of AI offerings and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Experience: 15+ years in consulting (with a focus on AI), strategy development, or similar. Experience implementing AI solutions highly preferred.
Skills: Deep understanding of AI technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, project leadership and strategic decision-making ability. Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
