Blend is seeking an experienced Director to join our dynamic AI Strategy team, assisting companies (mid-market to large corporations) in harnessing Generative AI's capabilities.
Role Summary: As an AI Strategy Consultant, guide clients through AI technology and business applications. Design, pilot, and implement AI strategies aligned with client needs.
- AI Solution Development: Identify business value and opportunities. Craft tailored AI solutions and proof-of-concepts. Facilitate client AI integration and adoption.
- Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy and data science initiatives. Guide clients through planning and pilot implementation.
- Project Leadership: Manage and lead project workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
- Service Evolution: Contribute to service offerings. Support go-to-market and business development for the Commercial AI team.
- Team Collaboration: Join a team of AI experts shaping future AI offerings. Foster a learning and innovation environment.
Experience: 10+ years proven consulting (recent heavy focus on AI), strategy development, or similar. Experience implementing AI solutions is highly preferred.
Skills: Deep understanding of AI technologies and applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead projects and make strategic decisions.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
