AI Transformation Manager drives strategic change through development and implementation of AI-driven transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversees AI projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. Leads AI change management efforts, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to define AI objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement AI-driven transformation strategies.

3. Lead AI change management for smooth transitions and adoption.
4. Collaborate with senior management to define AI transformation objectives.
5. Develop and track AI-driven KPIs to measure success.
6. Identify, manage, and mitigate AI transformation risks.
7. Lead AI project teams, driving collaboration and productivity.

• AI data analysis and performance monitoring tool experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or AI-related certifications.
