CyberArk is seeking AI Transformation Principals to drive function-specific design, engagement, and execution of a broader transformation program focused on leveraging AI, automation, and data to improve internal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of CyberArk's functional areas (e.g., HR, Legal, Finance) and their strategies.
- Assess the current AI/automation/data maturity of these functions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to develop and execute AI/automation/data transformation plans.
- Develop and execute functional transformation roadmaps.
- Implement external best practices and adapt them to CyberArk's needs.
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation tools and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct analyses, create recommendations, and develop action plans.
- Establish governance, metrics, and tracking for the initiatives.
- Focus on successful implementation and change management.
- Identify dependencies and risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Create executive presentations for progress updates and escalations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience.
- Experience leading AI/automation/data transformation in relevant business functions (e.g., HR, Finance, IT) in a high-growth B2B software environment.
- Expertise in business process mapping and redesign.
- Strong understanding of AI/automation/data technologies and potential limitations.
- Strategic program/project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to drive initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Experience with change management and internal communications.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: $185,000 - $200,000 per year, plus potential commissions/bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
Location: Hybrid (3 days a week) with office locations in Newton, MA or Petah Tikva, Israel.
