Full-Time AI Value Architect (PM/PO)

CyberArk is seeking AI Value Architects to drive large-scale AI transformations integrated with process redesign.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale AI transformations with senior leaders.
• Lead end-to-end use cases (discovery, design, build, pilot, scale).
• Perform process mapping and redesign for efficiency.
• Design AI and automation solutions.
• Evaluate build/customize/buy decisions.
• Incorporate external best practices.
• Gain leadership support for capability build.
• Coordinate build and lead pilot, tracking success metrics.
• Ensure sustained impact with clear ownership.
• Establish operating rhythm for governance and tracking.
• Focus on implementation and change management.
• Identify dependencies and risks, developing mitigation plans.
• Create executive presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience.
• Experience leading AI/automation/data transformations in high-growth B2B software.
• Experience in business process mapping and redesign.
• Knowledge of AI/automation/data risks and shortcomings.
• Strong program/project management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with change management.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.

Job Specifications:

• Hybrid (3 days/week) in Newton, MA or Petah Tikva, Israel.

Compensation:

Salary range: $165,000 - $225,000/year, plus commissions/bonus.
