Your principal missions will be to develop sales market by prospection, promotion and prescription of LACROIX Sofrel solutions with a rigorous follow-up of the established commercial action plan on its geographical area (BENELUX & NORDICS). You will work in perfect coordination with LACROIX Sofrel partners in the covered countries.
Your mission:
✅ You will prospect new customers and new accounts and develop our Channel Partners and be responsible of the forecast and the sales area
✅ Your task will be to systematically expand our market position and make sure LACROIX Sofrel Solutions are the preferred supplier in your markets
✅ You will support sales projects and complex technical inquiries. As a member of a dedicated team, you will build up convincing customer-specific solutions together with your partner and your technical support colleagues in France, which you will also present to the customer if required.
✅ Reporting to the Sales Director, you will collaborate in the analysis of market needs (according to countries) and in the adaptation of the offer
✅ You will assist the Marketing department by doing actions of communication and promotion
- Qualification as sales engineer or equivalent in this segment of electrical engineering (e.g automation technology); Several years of experience in solution-oriented technical sales to water/hvac utility companies
- Good knowledge of the decision-making structures of our markets
- Enjoy familiarizing yourself with new technologies
- Comfortable with MS Office and sales software
- Good negotiation skills
- You speak English and Dutch fluently. French would be a true plus as you will cover Belgium.
