Job Summary
The Director, Account Management for PAR Retail Customer Success is a dual-role position, balancing leadership as a people manager with individual contributions to customer success. This role manages a team of Account Managers and directly owns key customer relationships within the fuel and convenience industry.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Open Commerce platform.
- Own and grow customer relationships, offering strategic program recommendations and platform education.
- Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers to deliver business outcomes.
- Guide team to utilize data-driven insights for tailored presentations.
- Translate product capabilities into impactful solutions.
- Support Account Management team in creating high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Continuously optimize Account Management function within the Customer Success team.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in related industries (Loyalty Software and/or Fuel and Convenience software)
- Proven ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
- Experience training, managing, and mentoring teams in a remote environment
- Interest in customer engagement and digital programs
- Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree Experience leading a team of 3-5
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $135,000 to $155,000 USD per year, plus commission based on KPIs.
