Job Details
The Global Account Director – New Business identifies, develops, and closes new customer opportunities for QAD Redzone. This role focuses on generating pipeline, driving new sales, and establishing long-term relationships with prospective clients. You will act as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify and target prospective accounts. Drive the full sales cycle. Responsible for new logo acquisition.
- Customer & Market Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with executive and operational leaders. Understand client business objectives. Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams.
- Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services. Work with Marketing to generate leads.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably into the manufacturing sector
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
