Job Details
We are now looking for a driven and strategic Business Unit Manager for Eurofins Radon.
You will:
- Be responsible for the business strategy and development, including budget and financial performance.
- Drive sales and marketing in Sweden, Europe, and North America.
- Lead and develop a competent team with personnel responsibility.
- Ensure that technology, quality, and innovation align with the business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with both customers and partners.
- Take an active role in Interest Associations for the business
- Lead the business toward set KPIs and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal support functions and laboratories within the Eurofins network.
Qualifications we value:
- A degree in natural sciences, engineering, or mathematics.
- Experience in sales and/or business development. International market experience is a plus.
- A humble leader with the ability and toolset to create a healthy and productive work environment.
- Strategic but also operational – you enjoy being close to the business.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
