We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director – Data Solutions to lead the expansion of our data services portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of selling complex enterprise data solutions. This is a high-impact sales leadership role responsible for owning the sales lifecycle, developing go-to-market strategies, building strong client relationships, and accelerating revenue growth.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by owning and leading the full sales lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with McFadyen’s Data Solutions practice areas.
  • Engage and consult with senior executives to identify business needs and position data-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals.
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, strategic partnerships, events, referrals, and inbound leads.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead client-facing workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points.
  • Represent McFadyen at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Work closely with partner alliances to develop co-sell strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM reporting.

Top Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with 5+ years selling data-related services and platforms.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consulting or systems integration environment is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, partner events, and conferences as needed.
