Job Details
On behalf of NIQ, we are seeking a Head of Sales to lead revenue-generating activities within the MRI Simmons organization. This role reports to NIQ’s Global Media Leader and includes responsibility for go-to-market strategy, new business development, renewals, pricing, marketing, commercial talent, product positioning, and customer support.

- Partner with senior leadership to execute the corporate strategic plan.
- Manage the MRIS sales team to drive business growth across customer segments.
- Share responsibility with marketing to drive in-bound interest and product positioning.
- Build connection to NIQ sales operations to modernize MRIS sales processes.
- Monitor the revenue pipeline and improve forecasting through CRM metrics and analysis.
- Evaluate and create team structure to optimize client acquisition and growth.
- Drive cross-selling between MRIS and NIQ.
- Meet or beat quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with finance, product management, marketing, and operations on pricing strategies.
- Lead and guide the commercial team.
- Lead/participate in key client renewals.
- Bring voice-of-customer to the MRIS product teams.
- 15+ years in diverse leadership roles, driving revenue growth.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through sales strategy, team leadership, and marketing.
- Experience in general management and P&L supervision.
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively.
- Experience leading a modern commercial organization with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience leading a direct sales team and customer success organizations.
