Key Responsibilities
Lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all colleagues and customers. Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and support succession through development and training. Analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for the department. Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security comply with H&M standards and local laws. Give input to the Store Manager and Area Teams on allocation and replenishment to maintain garment levels according to sales trends. Inform the Store Manager of potential risks, threats, and opportunities related to the competitor landscape.
Skills & Experiences
Inclusive, positive, creative, willing to learn on the job, passionate for customer service and helping people find their style. A multi-tasker & flexible who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail. 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome. Management experience in a customer-facing environment. Previous experience leading and managing teams.
