Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee our CPL Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in [specific industry/field], with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience and at least 1 year of proven team leadership. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring project goals are met, and maintaining high standards of performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

○ Lead, motivate, and develop the CPL team to achieve individual and collective goals.

○ Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to team members.

○ Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary.

2. Communication: 

○ Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.

○ Act as the primary point of contact between the team and senior management.

○ Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in [Relevant Field] or equivalent experience.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in [specific industry/field].

● At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

● Proven experience in a Digital media sales (CPL/CPM/CPC) role, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing industry.

● Creating the sales funnel and identifying areas for improvement

● Must have Lead Generation Experience

● Market Knowledge of Andhra Pradesh and Telangan
