CapTech's CX team seeks an Art Director to design sophisticated digital brand experiences.
Designers are passionate problem-solvers creating elegant solutions to business challenges. They stay current with design methods, mentor other designers, and ensure successful project delivery.
Ideal candidates possess strong conceptual and visual communication skills, interaction design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects. They are strategic, brand-oriented experience designers, comfortable with brand guidelines while enhancing them as needed.
Key Responsibilities include creating personas, customer journeys, conceptual prototypes, and responsive interfaces; producing presentations; performing competitive assessments; advocating accessible design; presenting creative solutions and leading brainstorming sessions; discussing scope and effort with senior creative team members; volunteering for leadership opportunities; and attending CX meetings and trainings.
Skills and experience desired:
- 5+ years experience, ideally in consulting or agency context
- 4+ year degree in design, fine arts, or similar
- Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills
- Figma expertise, proficiency in comparable tools (Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint
- Experience with video editing, motion design, and designing for AR/VR (a plus)
- Familiarity with Product Designer role and Agile development lifecycles (a plus)
- Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility guidelines (a plus)
