Full-Time Art Director, Product Experience

At ServiceNow, we embrace diversity in our teams. This role is part of the Experience Team, focused on creating product experiences users love. Designers with diverse skillsets (design systems, product, interaction, content, and visual design) collaborate closely with engineering and product management.

As an Art Director, you'll shape the visual and emotional impact of our products through compelling UI design, leading art direction and strategy. You'll collaborate with designers, product leaders, brand, and marketing teams to bring our product vision to life.

Responsibilities Include:

• Setting high standards for UI product design.
• Establishing a unified visual and motion design system.
• Collaborating with various teams to implement innovative brand and product communication strategies.
• Contributing to the design system, focusing on motion design for user experience.
• Mentoring and guiding other designers.
• Staying current with design trends.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI into workflows.
• BA/BFA or higher in art, graphic design, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of digital creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of art direction experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, storytelling, motion design, and animation.
• In-depth knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Cinema 4D is a plus.
