Responsibilities

• Active contributor to creative team, responsible for concept and art/design development across various projects.
• Direct liaison between creative and junior/mid-level account teams.
• Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.
• Knowledge of marketing/advertising principles for achieving work potential, adhering to brand standards, and ensuring consistent brand experience.
• Expert in presenting and defending work internally and externally.
• Monitoring workload of direct reports, intervening when necessary to maintain quality and timelines.
• Leading and elevating design/art direction across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field.
• Proven ability to take full responsibility for concept and art/design development.
• Experience acting as a direct liaison between creative teams and junior/mid-level account teams.
• Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.
• Intimate knowledge of marketing and advertising principles.
• Expertise in presenting and defending work.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including monitoring workload and intervening to maintain quality and timelines.
• Ability to lead and elevate design and art direction.

• Provide constructive feedback to junior creatives.
• Possess strong conceptual skills and bring a wide range of creative solutions.
• Lead art direction across projects for a cohesive brand experience.
• Proficient in estimating hours for oneself and direct reports.
• Distill complex scientific information into compelling visualizations.
• Mastery of file-building/management and The One Intouch Process.
• Understand importance of utilization and hit targets.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Mentor and grow junior team members.
• Growing knowledge of clients' business and work impact.
• Proactively work with planning, UX, and development.
• Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Confidently present and sell ideas to clients.
• Volunteer to contribute to new business efforts.
• Develop multichannel creative with strong conceptual thinking, strategic acumen, and designs.
• Wide range of industry experience (launches, label updates, etc.).
• 6+ years of experience.
