Full-Time Art Supervisor

Art Supervisor responsibilities include:

Full responsibility for concept and art/design development.

Liaison between creative and account teams.

Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.

Knowledge of marketing/advertising principles, brand standards, and consistent brand experience.

Expert presentation and defense of work.

Monitoring workload of direct reports.

Leading and elevating design/art direction.

Providing constructive feedback to junior creatives.

Strong conceptual skills and creative solutions.

Leading art direction across projects.

Estimating individual hours for projects.

Using advanced design principles to distill scientific information into data visualizations.

Mastery of file-building/management best practices and The One Intouch Process.

Understanding the importance of utilization.

Knowledge of accessibility best practices.

Mentoring junior team members.

Growing knowledge of client’s business.

Proactive collaboration with planning, UX, and development.

Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Presenting and selling ideas to clients.

Contributing to new business efforts.

Requirements:

• Mastery of developing multichannel creative.
• Strong conceptual thinking, strategic/business acumen, and finely-crafted designs.
• Extensive industry experience (launches, label updates, etc.).
• 6+ years of experience.

Compensation:

$88,000 - $131,000 (US only)

Compensation based on experience and location.
